Mizen Head

Perched on the cliffs of a 20 mile finger Mizen Head is the most southwesterly point of Ireland.

The famous Lighthouse looks out over the Atlantic Ocean and offers highly spectacular views. It has a good car-park, a large visitors centre and cafe.

There is a wide range of Flora and Fauna to be seen including dolphins and whales, Mizen Head is also an excellent place to view the Chough
